Please see below some step-by-step guides on how to register an account, enrol in a course and download a certificate.

How to register an account…

Navigate to the Online Courses Page

Scroll down until you see the Login Link. Click it.

Once you have clicked it, a registration form should automatically pop up. If you do not have an account, click the ‘Register an Account Button’

Fill in the details on the registration form, being sure to make a note of the username and password as you will need these to log in later.

How to enrol…

Once you have registered you will automatically be logged in and directed to the Online Course Page. Now you are registered and logged in, you will see all of the courses available to you.

Click on the course relevant to you… the most common course will be the one highlighted below.

 

If you have been given a link specific to your institution, you will not see your course here. Instead, refer back to the link. You can continue to follow the step-by-step enrolment guide by joining again at the next step.

 

Click on the ‘Take This Course’ button highlighted below.

You will be prompted to choose which payment method you would like to use; either Paypal of Credit Card. (Unless you have been provided a private link by your institution!)

Once you choose, you will be directed to a payment page. Simply fill in your details and click ‘Pay’.

You are now enrolled on the course!

You will also receive an email to the email address you used to sign up with a link to change your password if you would like to.

If you are not re-directed to the course page, you will be able to find the course you are enrolled in by going to ‘Your Online Account’

How to download your certificate…

Once you have completed the course you will be able to download your certificate!

Go to ‘Your Online Courses‘ and click on the course you need a certificate for.

Make sure you have marked the course as complete by clicking into the course content…

…and clicking the ‘Mark Complete’ button below.

You will then get directed to the main course page, where you will have an option to ‘Download Your Certificate’

Finally, you will be directed to a new tab. Click the highlighted arrow to download the document to your computer!
